Film: Secrets of Mary Magdalene

29 09 2015

If you haven’t already seen this documentary on Mary Magdalene, its interpretations of history attempt to rectify certain age-old chauvinist beliefs about her as well as present claims of her marriage to Jesus. Together, according to the Cathars, the two produced a child (Sarah)  whose descendants would later start the Merovingian bloodline of French kings. The film notes that some believe Magdalene  “represented the Holy Spirit, …a manifestation of the feminine aspect of the divine”. Though not mentioned in the film, it follows and is worth noting that according to Judy Satori (who wrote and recorded the “Transcripts of Mary Magdalene”), Jesus came to Earth to bring in the Light whilst Mary Magdalene spent her 30 years living in a French cave (on a hill by Marseille, La Sainte-Baume or “Holy Cave”, Baumo in Provençal) anchoring this Light to the planet–this, contrary to popular belief that she spent those years in penance.   ~ by Mae McCaw

100 pounds overweight, loaded up on steroids and suffering from a debilitating autoimmune disease, Joe Cross is at the end of his rope and the end of his hope. In the mirror he saw a 310lb man whose gut was bigger than a beach ball and a path laid out before him that wouldn’t end well— with one foot already in the grave, the other wasn’t far behind. FAT, SICK & NEARLY DEAD is an inspiring film that chronicles Joe’s personal mission to regain his health.

With doctors and conventional medicines unable to help long-term, Joe turns to the only option left, the body’s ability to heal itself. He trades in the junk food and hits the road with juicer and generator in tow, vowing only to drink fresh fruit and vegetable juice for the next 60 days. Across 3,000 miles Joe has one goal in mind: To get off his pills and achieve a balanced lifestyle.

While talking to more than 500 Americans about food, health and longevity, it’s at a truck stop in Arizona where Joe meets a truck driver who suffers from the same rare condition. Phil Staples is morbidly obese weighing in at 429 lbs; a cheeseburger away from a heart-attack. As Joe is recovering his health, Phil begins his own epic journey to get well. What emerges is nothing short of amazing — an inspiring tale of healing and human connection.

Part road trip, part self-help manifesto, FAT, SICK & NEARLY DEAD defies the traditional documentary format to present an unconventional and uplifting story of two men from different worlds who each realize that the only person who can save them is themselves.

NASA Confirms Super Human Abilities Gained [from Sun Gazing] + EAT THE SUN (Film) + The Truth About Sunlight, Cancer and Vitamin D + 10 Oils With Natural SPF + Ditch the Sunscreen

Ever wanted to be in more than one place at a time? That’s right, I’m talking about the super-human abilities that can be gained by those who follow the protocol for what’s known as sun-gazing, a valid practice recently confirmed by NASA. Many proponents of this ancient technique, used by many cultures such as Mayan, Egyptian, Aztec, Tibetian and Indian yoga, report not only healing benefits to common illnesses, but obtaining super-human abilities such as advanced telepathy and going completely without the need for food.

What is Sun Gazing?

Sun gazing (also known as sun-eating) is a strict practice of gradually introducing sunlight into your eyes at the lowest ultraviolet-index times of day – sunrise and sunset. Those who teach the practice say there are several rules to the practice. First, it must be done within the hour after sunrise or before sunset to avoid damaging the eyes. Second, you must be barefoot, in contact with the actual earth – sand, dirt or mud; and finally, you must begin with only 10 seconds the first day, increasing by 10 second intervals each day you practice. Following these rules make the practice safe, says sources.

Nikolai Dolgoruky of the Ukraine calls himself a ‘sun-eater’. He has been practicing sun gazing for the past 12 years and has largely subsisted off solar energy since he began. Others have reported losing the need for food after only 9 months of sun gazing (by which time the practitioner has worked up to a maximum of 44 minutes). After 9 months of practice, you need only walk barefoot on the earth for 45 minutes per day, 6 days in a row to further the process of what has been initiated by sun gazing.

Sun-gazing is a practice also called the HRM phenomenom, coined as such after Hira Ratan Manek, the man who submitted himself to NASA for scientific testing to confirm that he does indeed possess the almost ‘super-human’ ability of not eating, gained through his dedication to this interesting marvel. Funded by NASA, a team of medical doctors at the University of Pennsylvania observed Hira 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for 100 days. NASA confirmed that he was indeed able to survive largely on light with occasionally a small amount of buttermilk or water during this time.

What happens to the body during Sun Gazing?

During your first 3 months of practice, the suns energy is moving through the eyes and charging the hypothalamus tract, says those who have studied this technique and used it. The hypothalamus tract is the pathway to the rear of the retina which leads to the brain. The brain then, over time, becomes activated by the energy supply being received by the sun. You will first experience a relief of mental tension and worry, since most worry is fueled by the energy received by the foods we eat. Since food gets it’s energy from the sun, it is said to be readily available to sun-eaters without the trouble of digestion. Though hunger is said to eventually cease, it is fine to continue eating regularly during initial stages, until appetite disappears naturally.

Another benefit early on is said to be an increase in confidence and an ability to easily solve your problems, as you are without tension. Everyone has at least a bit of psychosis, but during the first few months of sun gazing practice, it is reported that these attitudes go away and a positive nature gracefully replaces the old persona full of fears. By the end of 3 months, the gazing time will have increased to 15 minutes per day.

Reports on sun gazing say that the bad qualities normally associated with any person will gradually disappear and good qualities will remain, explaining that ‘bad qualities’ only develop in the absence of sunlight. Bad qualities like anger, fear, jealousy, lust – are said to disappear – and be replaced by a certain confidence and ‘spiritual knowing’ that senses more purely the heart of an issue.

At 3-6 months of gazing, the studies show that physical diseases start to disappear. They say that by the time one is gazing 30 minutes per day (building up 10 seconds per day) all the colors of the sun will have reached the brain. Color therapists attribute their healing of certain diseases to flooding the body and brain with the particular color that is lacking – depending on the ailment. For example, in liver disease, the color green is deficient. The kidneys need red, and the heart, yellow. All of the organs and all of the systems are said to respond to different colors of the rainbow, which is why it is also recommended to eat a diet rich in a variety of colors. It is recommended during the 3-4 month period that you use autosuggestion to see your body already healed of any perceived weakness or disease. This action will facilitate the process of returning to wholeness.

As you continue the process, it is reported that after 6 months, the energy stored from the technique is no longer being used for repairing the body or the mind and can move now into supporting you in gaining more super-human abilities.

What’s Beyond Healing?

By seven and a half months of gazing, now at 35 minutes, need and desire for food is dwindling. According to sun gazing experts, food is not actually needed to maintain the body, only energy – and ‘sun-eating’ provides that energy. By 9 months, all taste for food, including aroma, all hunger pains and cravings disappear. Those who make it this far say that they report a noticeable ’change’ in the way their brain feels – like it’s “charged up.” After 9 months of sun-gazing – reaching a maximum of 44 minutes – it is advised that you give up sun-gazing and redirect your attention now to the Earth.

For 6 days straight, one is to walk barefoot on the earth, 45 minutes per day. During this barefoot walking, the pineal gland is said to become activated. Professional sun gazers and those researching the science say that each toe is connected to a specific gland, and by walking barefoot on the Earth, you activate these glands. The big toe is thought to be aligned with the pineal gland, the second toe with the pituitary, then the hypothalamus, thalamus and finally the pinky toe correlates to the amygdala. Walking barefoot, with the sun now falling on the top of your head, practitioners claim to create a sort of magnetic field in and around your body that recharges you and your brain.

Apparently this walking barefoot part is the most important aspect of the practice. As you continue walking on the Earth, this is when the magic really begins. The pineal gland is activated more and more by this walking procedure. Intellect is said to increase, along with memory. The pineal gland has navigational and psychic capabilities, meaning telepathy, the possibility of flight… now we are getting somewhere! Have you ever thought you would like to have your body in more than one place at a time? Well, sun-gazing is said to be the magical key to such abilities.

If you can barefoot walk 45 minutes every day for a year – you are golden. At that point, only a maintenance of 3-4 days a week is necessary to maintain the capabilities you have acquired.

Are there any dangers?

Doctors and eye care professionals caution against looking directly at the sun, saying that it will damage the retina. However, if done correctly, sun-gazing at the correct times of day, studies show there is no risk of damaging the eyes. Those who have been sun gazing for many years have had their eyes checked to show no damage, though it is advised that you have your eyes checked in the first few weeks of your practice, so you can know for yourself.

To sum it all up…

Remember, it’s 10 seconds the first day, at sunrise or sunset, adding 10 seconds per day each day there after. After 90 days of accumulative gazing equaling 44 minutes, you cease the gazing and start the barefoot walking 45 minutes per day for 6 days. At this point, I could imagine, hey – if you made it this far, what’s a year of barefoot walking an hour per day to keep it all? You will have to try it out and see for yourself.

If you are really interested in gaining super-human abilities, confirmed by reputable organizations like NASA, as the ones mentioned above, sun gazing sounds like a fairly straightforward path to enlightenment. 10 Oils With Natural SPF

Over 56% of beach and sport sunscreens contain the chemical oxybenzone (stated by the Environmental Working Group). Oxybenzone functions to absorb ultraviolet light, however it can also be absorbed through the skin. This chemical has been linked to hormone disruption and cell damage that may lead to skin cancer. Other chemicals in conventional sunscreen products range from cancer-causing fragrance chemicals, parabens, alcohols, toxic chemical solvents and petroleum oils. Putting sunscreen on your body is like spreading a chemical concoction over your largest organ – the skin.

Ditch the Sunscreen? The Kiwi Guide to Intelligent Sun Exposure

With summer upon us and the sun shining, the topic of Vitamin D, sun exposure, sun tanning, and sunscreen use keep popping up.

Typically by this point of the year we begin to see “news” articles popping up, telling us of the devil of the sun, to avoid the sun if possible and the need to cover ourselves in sunscreen at all times.

Yet Vitamin D – specifically, LOW levels of Vitamin D – have been directly linked now with over 100 diseases, including no less than 16 cancers.

And what is the number one source for humans for Vitamin D? Made in our bodies via sun exposure to UVB radiation.

Due to a mix of modern lifestyles, living latitudes, and the “conventional advice”, I feel very strongly that most people are getting insufficient exposure to sunlight, the ultimate source of Vitamin D in our lives, for both health and happiness.

You have heard me say this often, go get some sun, yet I just had these two on the Athletic Greens Facebook page after I made a comment on getting outside for some Vitamin D:

Facebook reader: Some of us burn in the sun (versus tan), which can lead to skin cancer.

Facebook reader: … Put some lotion on and get some sun. No one burns in 15 minutes

Confusion on this topic abounds. They are both right, and yet they are both wrong.

So what is it….. Ditch the sunscreen? Lather up? In the sun? Out? What to dooooo?

Here is the Kiwi two cents on this one.

Let’s look at the three big things people are trying to avoid when they think of sunshine time and sunscreen, or not.

1. Sunburn; pain and a nasty red look

2. Wrinkles and aging

3. Skin Cancer

Let’s cover off skin cancer first; by far the biggest issue of the three.

There are three main types of skin cancer

Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC)

Basal cell carcinoma (BCC)

Cutaneous malignant melanoma (CMM)

SCC and BCC are both pretty well correlated to sunshine exposure, particularly UVB exposure. Almost always occurring in areas with the largest amount of sun exposure (face, back of hands, neck, ears) they account for nearly 90% of total “skin cancer” – yet are responsible for about 10% of cancer deaths.

This is partly because they tend to not be particularly aggressive cancers – are indeed frequently benign – but also because they can typically be detected early and easily removed via a simple out-patient procedure. Not fun, but not as bad as the one below, melanoma. It should be noted that sunscreen has indeed been found to correlate with decreased SCC, with BCC shows very mixed results.

The nasty malignant melanoma (CCM) on the other hand causes 90% of the deaths related to skin cancer. This cancer has the ability to metastasize (spread) and is frequently undetected until late. That is a tragic combination. It should be noted here that melanoma most commonly occurs on areas of the body that do not typically receive regular sun exposure.

When most people are tailing about avoiding “skin cancer”, they are referring to malignant melanoma.

Because most of us know someone who has had melanoma, and thus this is potentially pretty charged, I decided to include all reference links below.

My wonderful Aunty Lynn died of malignant melanoma in 2004. Thinking about melanoma is a pretty personal deal to me, and I have AVOIDED the use of sunscreen for nearly 10 years.

For the facts behind why I chose to do this, read on.

Sunscreen and Melanoma

Most Doctors and government agencies the western world over advise people to use sunscreen to reduce their risk of skin cancer, particularly nasty CMM.

Despite this promotion of sunscreen and its constant availability, the incidence of CMM rose 81% between 1973 and 2003 in the USA, and continues to rise at 3% a year.

The same study I pulled that one out of noted “There currently is little evidence that sunscreens are protective against CMM”. No kidding.

A number of further studies have come out proposing that not only does sunscreen not prevent melanoma, but have even suggested that sunscreen use may actually increase the risk of CMM

So we have CMM rates increasing, studies showing that sunscreen doesn’t help and may even be harmful. Is that what you think you when you look at all the ads devoted to sunscreen and decide to incorporate the “slap on some sunscreen” approach to skin cancer prevention?

How about we add some paper to the fire and talk about sun exposure and melanoma ….

Sun Exposure and Melanoma

A couple of study synopses for you:

1. A 2005 study published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute (JNCI) looked at the link between sun exposure and mortality from melanoma.

This study, conducted over five years, concluded that frequent exposure to sunlight resulted in a 50% reduction in mortality rates from melanoma.

Yes, 50% REDUCTION in mortality rates.

2. People in the Northern states of the USA where there is LESS sun and year long radiation have a 20% plus higher rate of CMM than those who live in the year round sunshine states of Florida, Arizona, Texas. (30/100,000 vs 25/100,000)

3. Cutaneous malignant melanoma (CMM) has been increasing at a steady exponential rate in fair-skinned, indoor workers since before 1940. A paradox exists between indoor and outdoor workers because indoor workers get three to nine times less solar UV exposure than outdoor workers get, yet only indoor workers have an increasing incidence of CMM

Rates of incidence of melanoma are not increasing in outdoor workers yet have been increasing in indoor workers steadily since 1940.

If it was sunshine that was causing the melanoma, this would hardly be the case now would it?

So what is going on?

To get a better idea we need to quickly look at the ultraviolet radiation (UV) present in sunlight.

For the people falling asleep already, I promise to get to some recommendations before the end of the post.

Microwave me baby – Sun and UV radiation

There are two types of radiation most prevalent in sunlight, UVA and UVB. For years, researchers and sunscreens focused on UVB, and blocking it.

That is because UVB was thought to be the primary causative agent of of all skin cancers via direct DNA damage. This is also the one that makes you feel like you are “burning” when you get enough of it.

To me burning = natural alarm system. We will return to that. Back to UVB.

When you look at the SPF protection on your sunscreen label, they are referring to UVB. UVA is not covered in this.

Some of the newest sunscreens do now include some UVA blocking protection, but a review of the UVA and sunscreens has shown that even the very best ones block only 25% of the UVA. (This best result was achieved using Titanium Dioxide, a potential carcinogen in itself).

So what is the deal with UVA? It may not smash your DNA directly like UVB has the potential to do but it would appear that UVA can cause havoc to the DNA via oxidative stress and degradation of Vitamin D, UVA exposure in the absence of UVB being highly correlated to increased melanoma risk.

Oooohhh. Vitamin D! We are back! I thought I would never get there.

It is important that you note that Vitamin D is made by our bodies from skin exposure to….. drums please…. UVB radiation from the sun.

Yep, those sunscreens are designed to block UVB, and if you don’t get enough UVB in your life, you don’t get to make Vitamin D.

That means you are either stuck with Vitamin D from foods (found in small quantities in liver, fatty fish, eggs) but those are tiny amounts, or relying on supplementation.

You might wonder why as a spokesperson for a supplement company I don’t jump up and down about you taking our Vitamin D more. This is because while we do think that supplementation is a long way better than nothing, supplementation is a very distant second to sunshine on the skin.

Want more Vitamin D in your life, and all the immuno-protecting, cell-regulating benefits that go with it? The SUN is by far your best option.

So lets talk then about why sunscreens not only do not protect against melanoma, and my actually increase your risk of it.

1. Sunscreens block UVB rays, the ones that we need to make Vitamin D – in other words, block the bodies natural defense mechanism AGAINST many cancers, including melanoma, while allowing IN the UVA, which can increase your risk for melanoma.

This is a bad plan for success.

2. By blocking UVB rays, we stop or delay the “burning” response, our bodies’ natural alarm system for too much sun exposure. Thereby allowing us to stay out in the sun longer than our body wants to.

The “I’ve had enough UV radiation” natural alarm override – this is a bad plan for success. When the fire alarm goes off after sensing smoke from a fire in your house, do you put on some ear plugs so you can stay in the house longer?

3. Improved sense of confidence in sun burning time – resulting in a false sense of confidence, resulting in us prolonging our time spent in the sun. Use of sunscreen results in INCREASED incidence of sunburn. More than 66% of sunburned people in one study had used sunscreen to prolong their time in the sun.

And the most likely to use sunscreen are those whose skin is most likely to burn, with sunscreen taken to increase time in the sun without “sunburn” – the highest risk category.

The Kiwi One-Liner On The Sunscreen Approach: Let’s let in the rays that can cause melanoma, block the ones that make Vitamin D which can help protect us (in people who due to modern lifestyles frequently have low levels of cancer protecting vitamin D to begin with), extend our time in those rays beyond our bodies natural tolerance and in ratios of UVA to UVB that are alien to our chemistry, and rub a host of chemicals into our skin that we sure as hell wouldn’t want our children to eat.

If this sounds like a good plan to you, stick to it. Personally, I think it is crap.

After a summary of the studies relating to melanoma, it would appear that people who go into the sun rarely, yet when they do get sunburned, are by far the highest risk for melanoma.

“We agree that intense, intermittent outdoor UV overexposures and sunburns initiate CMM; we now propose that increased UVA exposures and inadequately maintained cutaneous levels of vitamin D(3) promotes CMM.”  – Godar et al. 2009

I think their hypothesis is pretty much on the money based on everything out there right now.

Perfect Example of Stupidity In The Sun (photo credit: shelleylyn)

So what is the prescription for sunshine success.

The long version: Finding your own unique middle ground where you are getting adequate cutaneous vitamin D status without increasing your risk to develop UV-induced skin cancer and in line with your own skin pigment, lifestyle, and climate considerations.

Consider that for the bulk of human evolution, humans were in equatorial regions. What do people look like who come from those regions?

Plenty of melanin, darker skin, less risk of melanoma, harder to burn but likely a much higher need for total sun exposure to ensure adequate vitamin D status.

Over generations of folks drifting northwards in Europe, whiter, more sun sensitive skin was naturally selected for. With less melanin in the skin (which by the way, you can alter upwards with plenty of sun exposure, known as “tanning”) sun rays came pounding into the skin, and people could synthesize more Vitamin D off of less sunlight. They also tend to burn more quickly.

A trade off.

Cutaneous levels of melanin adjust upwards in response to frequent response to sun exposure. This increases time to burn generally in line with skin color. It should be noted that the individual variation in the optimal amount of sun exposure varies dramatically by genetics, lifestyle, and climate.

Soooooo, if you are of Sub-Saharan African descent and living in Alaska – you are probably going to need a lot of time outdoors to get anywhere near enough cutaneous Vitamin D. Burning is going to be the least of of your worries.

And, if you are a red-haired pale-skinned Scottish descent living in Rio de Janeiro, you will need to cover up or seek shade pretty quickly, especially in the summer months. But don’t AVOID the sun, just be smart about it. Over time, your ability to stay out in the sun will increase slightly with the increased melanin production, thereby decreasing your risk of sunburn.

Remember, it is sunBURN that is the enemy, not sunSHINE.

What about aging?

UVA – aging via oxidative damage – think on an apple going brown after you cut it open

UVB – aging via direct dna damage (though this damaged skin seems to protect against melanoma)

Both cause aging. My experience with people who have sought the sun in intelligent, consistent incremental doses throughout their lives has tended to be a golden glow, which I find attractive.

This is a personal preference, so your call on how much time you spend out in the sun each day. Excessive time in the sun WILL age your skin faster.

For those with fair skin and obsessively worried about sun related aging, the trick will be getting in enough and then leaving the sun immediately. At a guestimate, if you are very fair skinned then building up to just 20 minutes a day total in summer may be more than enough to satisfy Vitamin D requirements. Do this in four doses of 5 minutes and the world is your oyster.

Don’t forget all this will vary massively depending on genetics, lifestyle and climate. If playing sunshine minimalist for whatever reason I absolutely recommend you get your vitamin d levels checked to make sure you are not on the low level.

What about sunscreen toxicity?

A lot of fuss has been made about whether or not sunscreens have toxic properties.

The two ingredients most people jump up and down about are Octyl Methoxycinnamate (OMC) and Titanium Dioxide.

OMC, a chemical compound present in 90% or more of commercially available sunscreens, can potentially damage tissues if it penetrates past the dead dermal layer of your skin. I personally think this is highly likely.

Titanium dioxide, mentioned earlier, a popular (and so far, highest efficacy) ingredient used to block UVA rays, can block up to 25% of UVA rays but can cause an increase in cancer in mice via DNA damage, oxidative stress, and an increase in pro-inflammatory cytokines. That said, mice are mice, people are people.

Whenever thinking about using a chemical on my body, or not, and in terms of how much and how often, I always remember my old chemistry teachers advice;

“When dealing with chemicals, if you wouldn’t EAT it, or feed it to your children, then don’t sniff it, taste it, or touch it with any part of your skin”.

Obviously you will make your own call on this. Since the only reason to take sunscreen is to extend your time under the sun beyond what you think your body can do naturally without burning or aging effects, and sunscreens block UVB and therefore Vitamin D and may in fact be toxic, my take on sunscreen….. is to skip it.

Some will chase “natural” sunscreens, but again over to you on how you want to play with that one, but if women especially want to put a small amount of sunscreen in sensitive places like the sides of their eyes, I am not going to judge you.

Me? The sun I seek, I am the opposite of a minimalist when it comes to sun exposure. I feel beter, more relaxed, more energetic, and getting outdoors in the sun makes me happy.

I am also pretty olive skinned, when I have had enough, I skip the sunscreen, instead cover up or go for shade, just like my ancestors did.

The Kiwi Prescription for Sunny Times happiness:

Do not avoid the sun – doing so will result in low vitamin D levels and increased likelihood of depression

Do not BURN. SunBURN is your enemy. The occasional burn and not much sun otherwise is the worst thing you can do

Listen to your skin, at the first sign of reddening or burning, you should already be out of the sun

Seek incremental sun exposure. Start with short doses, of 10 minutes each, before 11am and after 4pm each day if fair skinned in summer. You will quickly build a tolerance and can extend your time in the sun as desired.

Once your sun dosage is done for the day/period, seek shade or cover up.

If you choose to continue your time in the sun, covering up is superior to sunscreen.

Sunscreen increases cancer risk and may be toxic – ditching the sunscreen is recommended

Do not use sunscreen to prolong your exposure to the sun

The same rules apply to your kids!

Let Your Kids Play In The Sun Intelligently, Starting With Small Doses, Which Can Be Longer Early and Late In The Day. Then Cover Them Up. (Smart Sun Exposure As a Child DECREASES Melanoma Risk). Same Rules Apply To Big People

I also recommend you keep your anti-oxidant coverage right up via smart nutritional choices to assist in protection against excessive oxidative stress.

As always, if you are eating according to my food quality guidelines in the Food for Fat Loss series, then you are avoiding pro-inflammatory n6:n3 loads, gut damage and inflammation, and nasty metabolic byproducts of poor insulin metabolism. It is highly recommended that you eat this way, or something very similar.

Always avoid sunburn, but for health and happiness I would much rather you had a tiny bit too much sun, than too little.

I haven’t been burned in years. Food has something to do with it, but so does my sun hat.

Take it away mate, I hope you enjoy your adventures in the sun this weekend.

Enjoying some intelligent sun exposure will make you happy, I guarantee it.

“100% Focus on Happiness”

That is my mantra, and it starts with phenomenal health.

Sirius Disclosure Review

25 04 2013

For what it’s worth, I’ve been meaning to add my two cents to the Sirius Disclosure conversation since its premiere the other night.

To a large extent, I am in agreement with Dallas Edward Newman’s following four points (from the CE-5 Facebook Group):
(1) The clear non-incentive for the cabal to profit on this film that is obviously crowd-funded (not exactly the bells and whistles of a $500 million big budget Hollywood film)–that is to say, no one’s making any real coin from this project…which suggests a genuine concern to deliver its message (as opposed to some crazy puppet string cabal conspiracy that I’m just not buying.)
(2) Mass lull (or the UNawakened masses) with regard to Disclosure. Yes, that’s true. However, the numbers have shifted dramatically over the years with various polls reporting large percentages 60% and up with one survey claiming more than two-thirds of Americans say that the government is not telling the public everything it knows about UFO activity. Therefore, it’s not a complete uphill battle for the film to get its message across.
(3) Positive vis-a-vis negative ETs and Greer’s reason for focusing on the former. (More on that below…)
(4) The deliberate omission of ETs (or our “galactic family”) from the fields of Light…Well, it’s a delicate subject and perhaps strategically one that isn’t likely to scream its presence to mainstream America just yet. Were I to deconstruct the film’s objectives and the way it was presented, it’s clear why it can’t be EVERYTHING TO EVERYONE. Baby steps, people.

As I’ve noted a few times this week alone: “Each of us experiences the timeline that matches our vibration.” One word: karma. That, in and of itself, is reason to chill, sit back…let the “Universe” handle it. We are only really responsible for our own individual awakening. Unbeknownst to the “Awakened” under-achiever (who does not necessarily strive to encompass the responsibilities of the New Age or so-called pseudo science guru with a dualist ego complex), the very energy emanated by this awakened being (never mind that his efforts are passive) is plenty a contribution to set the stage for the rest of mankind to awaken, ironically (be it to “self realization” or “Disclosure”) as a result of raising the planetary frequency (i.e. vibration–together through the synergy of “the whole [that] is greater than the sum of its parts”–thank you, Bucky Fuller for coining that way back when…it suddenly makes more sense). My point here is that even if you were to convince the millions or billions of the existence of UFOs, it is said that they can only actually see them (experience them/lure them, etc.) based on their own individual vibration (which, we are learning, might well be determined by one’s heart consciousness). And that of those ETs which they draw to them – as in “good” or “evil” – can only match their vibration as such. So, clearly, the issue of point #3 – positive vs. negative ETs – is already addressed (if you follow what I’m saying). Though, I love the point that Dallas makes with regard to “influencing” the frequency with planted notions of false flag fear-driven assumptions of devious ET races. This is not to say that they do not exist, but Greer is wise NOT to capitalize on and/or promote an already fear laden human populace who would otherwise naturally attract its equal vibration be it from extradimensional origins and/or from galactic/stellar distances.

Now, if you haven’t already seen the YouTube video of Greer’s initial 2001 Disclosure at the Washington, DC National Press Club, then you might not realize its monumental significance at the risk of the hundreds of professionals (approximately 400) who testified as whistle blowers–the true frontier and foundation of this Disclosure, granted, the video was presented more as an appeal of testimonies than the rich multimedia experience and varying content presentation that is the film, Sirius Disclosure.

And then, of course, there is still the elephant in the room with regard to the film’s namesake–“‘Sirius’ Disclosure” (or is it intentional for a future sequel?). Either way, I can’t recall any such reference to the constellation as it pertains to ETs and/or disclosing Sirius as a source of human heritage or ET comraderie, unless perhaps David Wilcock may have mentioned something (as I got up to use the restroom) about the Dogons (ancestors of an African tribe) originating from Sirius. Anything further (which, again, is wise Greer didn’t elaborate) might have opened a can of worms to Earth’s hidden histories which, at this time, society and its institutions (including humans themselves) may not be ready for a deluge of this kind of information in the early stages of revelation (and I don’t mean Biblical, but it might as well be).

Best explanation in a sentence uttered in the film: “All points in time and space are connected.” That is the ring that binds them all!–psychic, scientific, spiritual, extraterrestrial, extradimensional, whatever. It’s just a more verbose way of saying (or referencing the time-eternal and space-omnipotent) “God”. Hence, connecting at this juncture or accessing this non-linear holographic aspect of Consciousness enables all of creation to find itself, a critical starting point that sets the stage for Greer’s Coherent Thought Sequencing (CTS) approach using remote viewing methods as a means to draw these NECESSARILY benevolent ETs/UFOs (b/c of their abilities coupled with extremely advanced Consciousness technology to connect at this level)–this, of course, being THE MOST SPIRITUAL part of the film (a clear departure from the original 2001 Disclosure video).

So, it’s not ALL logical or technical exopolitical speculations or fore drawn conclusions (as if to address a skeptic audience). Though, having said that, the rest is a necessary evil (if you will) since, again, it cannot be EVERYTHING TO EVERYONE, and so, the film must address a demographic of the greatest common denominator–the skeptics with whom credibility IS everything. If you’re going to make a film to address this audience, then that, (un)fortunately, is the only path of least resistance a filmmaker would likely choose. BTW, that demographic should not be confused with the first wave of this film’s audience (“us”) since the vast majority of us are likely sold – hook, line and sinker – on the reality of ETs. The true potential of this film then becomes its power of reach and frequency to cast a net to the rest of mankind that remain doubtful or on the fence with this topic; and they, at this time, number in the billions. Youtube and Vimeo (or other future incarnation of these channels) will eventually become the vehicle to deliver the film’s message.

For now, it’s a start–one that MUST include the informational steps to help open and awaken the (untrained or unexposed) mind with understandably credible sources, events, images, and evidence as well as an analysis of intentions, ideas, and facts strung together with a fervent, real and dedicated commitment in pursuit of revealing what they believe is truth. The film attempts to do just that by providing viewers with critical information as follows:

(1) an economic brief on the mega profiteering machine of the military-industrial complex, a fraudulent Federal Reserve, and the Bilderberg group as global puppet masters
(2) science: molecular biology, epigenetics (DNA analysis at Stanford of the tiny ET in question to prove the existence of humanoids at all), nuclear physics and plasma fusion technology (research at Princeton) for interstellar travel, and astrophysics to explain the various category levels of civilizations as defined by their ability to harness energy.
(3) terrorism (and its faces–Hussein, Gaddafi and Bin Laden…) as the driving force of fear-driven politics to scapegoat any number of false flag events on a global scale leading to larger cover-ups with staged planetary attacks by so-called negative ETs.
(4) FREE and ABUNDANT new energies as key to liberating humanity from its current shackled white and blue collar status in society and the economy.
(5) over 2,000 nuclear detonations that put us on the galactic map drawing ETs to our planet
(6) real efforts at disclosure from over 24 countries releasing once clandestine UFO files to the over 4,000 documented sightings of UFO vehicles, a review of the 400 testimonies in the 2001 initial Disclosure, and the brave lives lost in that effort.
(7) touching on the importance of meditation, CTS, and CE-5 human initiated contact

Ultimately, the film urges viewers that Disclosure is a global grassroots movement of information from the bottom up (thanks to the Internet!) Yes, Dr. Steven Greer and his team did as good a job as any who are passionate about this topic. It might be preaching to the choir of those already in-the-know, but with all due respect, we are not necessarily its true audience. However, our more conservative acquaintances, co-workers, colleagues, and family members (parents, siblings, cousins, aunts and uncles) might actually benefit more from this film. Either way, given its budget constraints in production, unconventional distribution as well as the constant life threatening circumstances, the film did a commendable job of getting its point across.

BTW, if by any chance Dr. Greer is reading this, I had the wonderful honor of being the only one to shake your hand as you walked into the dark theater at the L.A. screening.  What a pleasure to meet you and thank you for all your years of exceptional work.
