A greenhouse gas that’s 25x more efficient at trapping heat in the atmosphere than CO2 makes methane one of the largest contributors to global warming. Much of the methane comes from the bottom of the ocean or in methane hydrates (trapped in ice released when icebergs melt). If a million tons of methane gas – a new distribution of energy – is released into the atmosphere, the consequences are globally catastrophic (chain reaction known as a runaway greenhouse effect that’s self propagating). The warmer and warmer and warmer it gets, the more it generates SUPER storms or monster weather with higher magnitude, higher rating, stronger winds, producing stronger storm surges, producing heavier rains, and strange weather patterns (massive hail storms, flooding, etc.). Though, I wonder if this could also be a blessing in disguise for the CA drought?
Just like the nano particles, impossible storms, volatile tectonic plates, ELENIN, impending super volcanic eruptions, we seriously do have the collective power (in numbers) with our hearts and minds to fix these things by simply envisioning the opposite of its destructive effects. Just as we can reprogram the nano particles, we can recreate a different reaction and timeline for these events. We don’t have to buy into the depression, the devastation, etc. Remember, in the end, it’s just a hologram. Our emotional reaction powers the physical manifestation of what follows. In this next broadcast we are going to enter into ancient Atlantis because it is where our story begins. And is something that must be done simply because this is exactly where our present-day troubles were created.
Long ago, over 13,000 years ago, the human grids of consciousness began to collapse and humanity began to lose their higher consciousness. It is what the Bible called the Fall. Something had to be done or humanity would end up no higher than the animals.
But as the Earths axis shifted to a new location and Atlantis sank below the ocean levels, and the Maya, Kogi and Arjarcos headed in their boats to new lands, humanity also began to sink below the levels of awareness that were once achieved. Men and women more advanced than we are now quickly became hairy barbarians with not even the knowledge to light a fire. More predicted UFO sightings over New York confirm ET will intervene in ecology
In an exclusive Dec. 4, 2010 ExopoliticsTV interview, A former intelligence agent of the Spanish and NATO intelligence services has stated that New York City UFO sightings, which occurred on Nov. 24, 2010, were predicted by him 15 days earlier on Nov. 9, 2010, based in interdimensional information given to him by intelligent civilizations of the regional galactic governance authority known as the ‘Council of 8’. These new, fulfilled Nov. 24, 2010 predictions of UFO sightings over New York by reported extraterrestrial members of the Council of 8 are independent of the fulfilled predictions of UFO sightings over New York on Oct. 13, 2010, as set out in former NORAD officer Stanley A. Fulham’s book Challenges of Change. On Dec. 3, 2010, Mr. Fulham released a prediction by interdimensional sources that regional galactic governance authority UFO craft would appear over Moscow, Russia during the beginning weeks of January 2011, and over London U.K. a week later in January 2011 as part of a strategy of accelerating intervention by the Council of 8 in the human environment.
This second, independent fulfillment of a predicted UFO sighting on Nov. 24, 2010 over New York City (Manhattan) by reported UFO ships of the regional galactic governance council known as the ‘Council of 8’ have apparently confirmed ET plans to intervene to clean Earth’s environment.

These exclusive reports come as Stanley A. Fulham, now ill with terminal pancreatic cancer, has issued a final prediction that Council of 8 UFO ships will appear over Moscow, Russia and London UK at the beginning of 2011, in an acceleration of planned extraterrestrial intervention on Earth to appear at the U.N. General Assembly and begin cleansing Earth’s ecology 2011-15.
According to the Spanish-NATO intelligence agent/whistleblower, the prediction of a Nov. 24, 2010 UFO sighting over New York City was made to him on Nov. 9, 2010 in an ‘inter-dimensional information download’. The downloaded information also contained information as to the source of the prediction – a regional galactic governance council including the Pleiadians, the Alpha Centaurians, the Sirians, the Bootes Grays, and other races.
According to the former Spanish-NATO intelligence officer, the interdimensional source behind the Nov. 9, 2010 prediction stated that ‘Council of 8’ intelligent civilizations intended appear more openly in 2011, and to speak in the U.N. General Assembly and to intervene openly to clean Earth’s environment in the 2014-15 time horizon if not before.
The interdimensional source also indicated that the intelligent civilizations were already taking action against chemtrails, which they described as weapons intended to prevent humanity’s DNA structure from evolving with galactic consciousness energy waves. Congruent with former NORAD officer Stanley A. Fulham
The predictions surrounding the Nov. 24, 2010 New York City UFO sightings are congruent with predictions and messages surrounding the Oct. 13, 2010 UFO sightings of apparent ‘Council of 8’ regional galactic governance authority, as set out in Stanley A. Fulham’s book, Challenges of Change.
In a related development, Mr. Fulham presently has pancreatic cancer, and according to one associate of his, “could only stay on the phone for less than a minute. He has terminal pancreatic cancer and finds it hard to speak for any length of time. His voice is almost entirely gone.”
This reporter conducted a vigorous, lengthy radio interview with Stanley A. Fulham in mid-October 2010. The rapid deterioration of Mr. Fulham’s voice due to pancreatic cancer has, according to one independent observer, some of the characteristics of possible Cointelpro clandestine attacks carried out against Mr. Fulham by intelligence agencies for purposes of silencing him.

ET council: We will increase UFOs, address U.N. in 2014, and renew ecology in 2015
In an exclusive, in-depth interview on Exopolitics Radio with Alfred Lambremont Webre, former NORAD officer Stanley A. Fulham stated that a regional galactic governance authority, (the ‘Council of 8’) made a dramatic decision in January 2010 to put aside the law of non-intervention.
At a solemn meeting, the Council of 8 decided to intervene with their technology to clean Earth’s atmosphere before an environmental collapse occurs on Earth, as has happened on many other inhabited planets with civilizations similar to our own.
The Council of 8 did so, according to Mr. Fulham’s information, after reaching a conclusion that that our human technology could not now prevent an environmental collapse and species extinction on Earth from occurring.
According to Mr. Fulham, this is a rare decision by the Council of 8, and is partly a result of Council members wishing to preserve the unique positive qualities of our human population.
The Council of 8, according to Mr. Fulham’s information, consists of the intelligent civilizations of the Pleiades, Orion, Sirius, Bootes, Alpha Centauri, Comsuli, Zeta Reticuli, and Pouseti.
This cleanup of the Earth’s atmosphere will, according to Mr. Fulham’s information, commence in 2015 after a 2014 speech at the United Nations by the Council of 8’s Pleiadian representatives.
The Council of 8’s appearance in 2014 at the United Nation’s General Assembly may occur, according to Mr. Fulham’s information, following a collapse of the present world order and the emergence of a new way of living during the period 2010 – 2014.
This transitional 2010-14 period may be accompanied by possible earth changes, monetary collapse, and governmental and nation state collapse.
Mr. Fulham stated in his Exopolitics Radio interview that the regional galactic governance council (‘Council of 8’) had chosen New York City for an initial Oct 13, 2010 UFO ‘decloaking’ because it was a global, cosmopolitan city with a blasé population that would not be frightened of their appearance.
There are multiple, independent evidentiary sources that prove the Oct. 13, 2010 UFO sightings over New York City were the result of an intervention by a non-Earthly intelligent civilization, and not the result of other causes such as released balloons.
The original plan of the Council of 8, taken at a meeting in January 2010, had been for simultaneous UFO appearances on Oct 13, 2010 over major world cities.
The purpose of these Council of 8 UFO appearances, which are set to increase in the future, is to acclimatize Earth humans to the Council of 8’s presence and decision to intervene.
The increased UFO sightings in the future are meant to lead up to a world speech by the Pleiadian representatives of the Council of 8 in the General Assembly hall at the United Nations in 2014.

According to Mr. Fulham, the Council of 8 has had a caretaker role for our planet for about the last million years, and has effectively maintained Earth under protective quarantine following an attempted invasion and takeover of Earth.
Mr. Fulham has authored a book, Challenges of Change, containing the results of his 10 years investigation of the role of the Council of 8 and other entities in our galaxy and Universes.
Mr. Fulham writes that he obtained this information about the Council of 8 through an inter-dimensional intelligent civilization that monitors events in our galaxy and Universes.
Other experts such as Dr. Carl Johan Calleman have independently predicted in interviews with Alfred Lambremont Webre an end to hierarchies and the value of money, and increased extraterrestrial and UFO contact in the 2010-14 period.
On Oct. 14, 2010 – a day after the New York City UFO sightings – Dr. Mazian Othman, director of the U.N. Outer Space Office, delivered a wide-ranging 28 minute video press conference at the United Nations in New York during which she stated that ‘ET life is a possibility’ and remarked that the United Nations must ready itself for ET contact. There are a number of anomalies on the material presented by the inter-dimensional ‘Transcendor’ group to Stanley A. Fulham. For example, a preliminary search failed to reveal a known star system or constellation named ‘Comsuli or ‘Pouseti’, reported home bases for two of the intelligent civilizations the Transcendors claim to be members of the ‘Council of 8’.
Moreover, according to Mr. Fulham’s book (p.75), the Transcendors state that there is not an indigenous intelligent civilization on Mars. Rather, that the intelligent civilization on Mars is actually a Council of 8 member, Alpha Centauri, that uses Mars as a base in our solar system.
This reporter, Alfred Lambremont Webre, has published studies that employ the law of evidence and demonstrate that independent whistleblower evidence from former DARPA Project Pegasus participant Andrew D. Basiago and documentary evidence from NASA rover Spirit photographs prove the existence, more probably than not, of an indigenous intelligent civilization on Mars.
Experts in the field of extraterrestrial contactees have commented that inter-dimensional ET contactees, such as Mr. Fulham, are often intentionally given disinformation on certain factual details, such as the existence of life on Mars, so as to protect them from attack by U.S. military-intelligence forces on Earth that seek to hide these details. The possibility exists that Mr. Fulham may have been given disinformation of this sort by the Transcendors around the existence of indigenous intelligent life on Mars.

Prediction of January 2011 Council of 8 UFO sightings over Moscow and London
Even as pancreatic cancer and possible Cointelpro attacks are claiming Stanley A. Fulham’s declining health, Mr. Fulham has published a further prediction by the Council of 8 galactic governance authority:
“In my last ‘Reading’ with the Transcendors on Tuesday, October 13th, 2010, the Transcendors advised me of the following predictions on the Pleiadian UFO displays:
“A. There will be a major UFO display over Moscow between the end of the first part of January 2011 and the second week of January 2011.
“B. This ‘display’ will be followed by a major display over London approximately seven-days later.
“C. Interventions will then accelerate, not so much over our cities, but dispersed over our continents with sightings increasing in duration. The intent of these interventions is to increase mankind’s acceptance of the alien phenomena, so that hopefully, we will be prepared to accept a face-to-face encounter and communicate, perhaps as early as next year (2011).
“D. Objective—a dramatic introduction of the alien reality—an appearance at the United Nations.
“The Alien ‘intervention process’ will provide a philosophical challenge to mankind as nothing else has ever done. It will challenge our most fundamental beliefs. Did Christ teach to this extraterrestrial world? Are they aware of Allah and his hatred for the heathens and infidels (which, of course, must include the aliens—they also have souls!)? Predicted UFO sightings, the galactic governance council, and transformation of human society 2010-15.
The confirmation on Nov. 24, 2010 of UFO sightings over New York City (Manhattan) predicted on Nov. 9, 2010 in interdimensional communications to a former Spanish-NATO intelligence agent turned whistleblower adds an independent, parallel line scientific data suggesting that this pattern of predicted and confirmed UFO sightings over New York City are part of a planned strategy of intelligent civilizations, and not mere coincidence.
1. Fraud – Nor do the fulfilled predictions appear to fraud in either the case of the New York Oct. 13, 2010 UFO sightings, as predicted by former NORAD officer Stanley Fulham, or the New York Nov. 24, 2010 UFO sightings, as predicted by the former Spanish-NATO intelligence officer on Nov. 9, 2010. In both cases, the predictions were made public prior to the actual sightings. In both cases, the predictions were accompanied by messages from the interdimensional source of the predictions relating to intelligent civilization’s concern for the state of the ecology of humanity.
2. Ethical ETs or Human false flag events – Both the Oct. 13, 2010 and Nov. 24, 2010 predicted UFO sightings over New York and the associated predictions form, respectively, an integrated interdimensional, inter-active exopolitical event. In the judgment of each of the respective contactees – former NORAD officer Stanley A, Fulham and the former Spanish-NATO intelligence officer – each of these events involves non-terrestrial source UFOs. The former Spanish-NATO intelligence officer indicates in his ExopoliticsTV interview that he is personally familiar with and has seen terrestrial ‘UFO’-type craft and that the Nov. 24, 2010 UFOs are non-terrestrial. Both Stanley A. Fulham and the former Spanish-NATO intelligence officer appear to be persecuted by the national security state because of their activities in reporting their predicted UFO sightings of the regional galactic governance authority, making it unlikely that these events are false flag events.
3. Transformation of human society 2010-15 – The intelligent civilizations behind the predicted New York City (Manhattan) UFO sightings of Oct. 13, 2010 and Nov. 24, 2010 both accompany their predictions with congruent messages of a transformation of and of their overt intervention in human society during the period 2010-15. These messages range from the emergence of a new, sustainable way of living, a transformation from competition to cooperation, the collapse of the old financial and money systems, overt intervention by the Pleiadians to deliver a world speech at the UN General Assembly, and the cleaning of the atmosphere and environment using ET technology in 2015 if not before. The latest message of Stanley A. Fulham and the messages accompanying the prediction given to the former Spanish-NATO intelligence officer appear to indicate an acceleration of the intelligent civilization’s timetable in 2011.
The former Spanish-NATO intelligence officer indicates in the messages given him state that the United States was given a written deadline of December 31, 2010 to begin to disclose the presence of the regional galactic governance council and its plan. If the U.S. government did not comply, then the UFO sightings would accelerate in 2011. It is not specified to which agency of government official this written deadline was allegedly given.
4. Human self-sufficiency vs. ET intervention – One of the most disturbing aspects to many observers and readers of the reported plans of the regional galactic governance council is that of overt intervention in Earthling human world public order to restore Earth’s environment before it suffers ecological collapse.
Almost five years ago, this reporter was told in an interview by a leading atmospheric scientist with the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change that, in his scientific opinion, a tipping point had been reached and humanity was virtually certain to be extinct within a century because of ecological collapse barring some outside intervention or drastic change.
This IPCC atmospheric scientist and the judgment of the Council of 8 intelligent civilizations have come to the same scientific conclusion that the ecology of the Earth is on the verge of collapse, and is beyond human technology to reverse this decline.
The messages given by intelligent civilizations of the ‘Council of 8’ regional galactic governance council indicate that in our galaxy there are many inhabited planets whose ecology does in fact collapse at the ‘0’ stage of civilizations (civilizations that use their planetary resources for energy). These planets do not transition to the ‘1’ stage of civilization on the Kardashev scale, or civilizations that use renewable resources of the solar system, such as the Sun, as their energy sources.
The intelligent civilizations have messaged to Stanley A. Fulham that an unusual decision to set aside the law of non-intervention was made at the beginning of 2010, and to save Earth’s biosphere and unusual features of the human genome such as emotionality by intervening to cleanse the Earth’s atmosphere in an accelerating timetable 2010-2015.

2 years ago I was doing what is described as some automatic writing when I received a communication from a council of inter dimensional beings. They told me that as an intelligent species we should appreciate the Earth and Nature and that we must protect and restore the Environment and the ecosystem on this planet. They said unfortunately due to certain protocols they could not intervene at the time as there was such a thing as free will and that every intelligent being had to be in control of his or her own destiny. Well I had forgotten about this until recently when I read about Stanley Fulham’s experience, I had also had a feeling that UFO activity was going to increase from the beginning of this year. Some of the governments and corporations of this world are run by people who do not appear to realize the dangers of sticking to ‘business as usual’ and still seem intent on perpetrating inhumane wars and other dangerous activities to secure control and power over the remaining fossil fuel and mineral reserves, mainly in the name of profit and greed, whilst destroying Cultures and the Environment in the process. As a result we have been forced to live in constant fear for our future survival and there has been no proverbial light at the end of the tunnel. If the Council of 8 have decided to step in and help heal the Planet then I am grateful they have changed their minds about non intervention. There are many good souls out there who have been trying to change the system and do the right thing but old habits die hard as the saying goes and it only takes a few power hungry fools running the ship so to speak – to lead us all down the road to perdition. So I hope Mr Fulham’s predictions are correct. We are now at a cross roads .. one path leads to an inevitable Extinction, ergo no future .. the other to wonderful discoveries and adventures to the stars and beyond , and where we may all appreciate that Paradise is here on Earth and that it must be preserved at any cost, not only for our collective benefit but also for the survival and benefit of all the other creatures and diverse life forms that have evolved here.

We return to report on what is happening on and to your world. Until now, we have confined ourselves to broad brushstrokes in describing what is going on in your world and the solar system. Now it is appropriate to provide more details on some matters. As you know, Gaia is embarked on a massive series of changes that is to change drastically the reality you reside in. Recently, we informed you that she is in the process of locking in her major tectonic plates, and this is associated with the changes in the geomagnetic and electrical fields of your planet’s surface. The changes in these fields are starting to intensify. The many large earthquakes over the past six years are speeding up Gaia’s axis change and causing havoc with the internal magnetic compass possessed by all life on the planet. This accounts for the vast numbers of animal deaths recorded recently, and this death toll is further boosted by the effects of sudden climate change in both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres. But these changes have another factor that needs to be considered.
The dark cabal has made it a point to express its displeasure with the uncontrollable natural modifications of Gaia by perpetrating a direct and unrelenting assault upon her. The massive oil spill that started suddenly last April in the Gulf of Mexico is a prime example of this sorry strategy. Many corporations and governments on your world are in cahoots on a grand scale to cripple the process of transformation that Gaia has been slowly engaging upon for the past half century, and the Gulf oil spill is one of the more dramatic examples of this in the past decade. A major goal of this stratagem is to cripple the Gulf Stream and mess up the North Atlantic Conveyer. This puts the entire Northern Hemisphere into a pattern of very cold winters and cooler springs, summers, and autumns. This has a knock-on effect in the Southern Hemisphere by changing the jet streams. This affects the monsoons, creating large floods during the Southern Hemisphere’s summer, and this will happen next summer in the Northern Hemisphere. The way to reverse all this is to restore the Gulf Stream.
Encircling your planet is an ocean current that your scientists call the Great Conveyer. It is this rhythmic flow of Earth energy that all life here is attuned to. We have seen how diligent your dark cabal is in finding ways to seriously disrupt this prime energy flow, and in part they have temporarily succeeded. Mother Earth is now working to restore this prime conveyer, and her work is reducing the amount of destruction possible, especially considering the amount of ruin that has already taken place around your globe. Our brief is to act in accordance with what Heaven tells us. Your world is reaching a point where the failsafe mechanisms (such as they are) built into your societies can no longer hold, and in light of this, Heaven has described to us a scenario in which a series of direct interventions can safely take place. These projected intercept points are fast approaching. We are monitoring these (ultimately) man-made disasters and deeply wish to intervene on a massive scale. This will happen in the very near future, as events are underway that will make this most possible!
Not only your climate but your economy also is in serious difficulties. Your dark cabal and its media and governmental minions are deliberately turning a blind eye to the illegal activities that have brought your world to the brink of a colossal ruin. These conditions have now been pushed to their limits. A massive backlash is mounting, but this can actually expedite what we intend to do. Heaven has instructed us on these matters and we need to follow these sacred directions to the letter. Look to the amazing amount of anomalous activity happening on your world and in your solar system and realize that these are clues that, taken together, clearly point to the proximity of what we tell you. Your reality is in a very fragile state. Tipping points are inexorably converging throughout your realm, which indicates that a major shift is starting. Our part is to arrive at a specific point and swiftly complete the momentum currently underway. This intervention is a divine one and will resolve and wrap things up more quickly.
Your world hovers on the edge of incredible change. We are pledged to intervene. Our many liaison teams are focused on getting the preliminary changes done swiftly. We are determined to do this. One minor obstacle is the continuing belief of many on your world in an invasion by an off-planet organization. This concept is being played up constantly by your entertainment industries, and we have therefore taken measures to ensure that what we do is not misinterpreted by your society. We came here, knowing full well that your limited-conscious society has been thoroughly manipulated, first by the Anunnaki and then by their earth minions. The use of carefully placed misinformation stories is a prime trick of the corporate American government. We intend to proceed in a way that makes us, first, welcome, and then perceived by you to be family.
The purpose behind what is now happening is to affect a major shift in your consciousness and in your reality. Much needs to be explained. Your recorded history is chock full of lies, unexplained events, and apparent ‘mysteries.’ We need to clarify what really happened to you and show you a true chronicle of your origins. This will cast light on why we are here and why you are being returned to full consciousness. Then you will be able to understand that this mission goes way beyond merely restoring you to de jure government, and you will see that your new abundance is a mere preamble to the creation of your new galactic society. A more expansive, friendlier approach to the universe is then possible, and you can begin to better comprehend our mission here and why we are working toward a full-fledged first contact with you.
We know that, each day, many of you wonder about the exact timing of this divine intervention. Let us look at this: your world is close to major collapse. One telltale symptom of a society on the verge of a big consciousness leap is the flurry of conflicting notions about what is actually happening. This confusion can be further abetted by the ruling cabal, which usually deliberately fuels the chaos as a way to prolong its time in power. Anyone looking objectively at your global conditions can see that great change is ready to happen. Usually, things smolder on for another decade or so, and then a bloody revolution erupts. In your case, the particular circumstances of your situation preclude the luxury of a distant rebellion. The Divine has stated that a bloodless revolution is required, now. We are producing the ‘magic’ to manifest this, and indeed, many opponents of this cause are daily being converted. It is close and ready to burst forth. All aspects of your reality construct are straining at the seams; look at the growing anomalous changes in your solar system and in your Sun; look at the indices of change in your global societies. Magic is getting ready to pop!
